					<description>Most of the EU's 27 members joined the Iraq invasion and sent troops to support america. So perhaps the EU army will turn out to be a helpful tool for the US. 

That would annoy the french, which seems a perfectly good use of EU money to me.</description>

					<description>EU Battlegroups?  Do they have a Command Language sorted?  Or will every order be given in all languages?

Can't see these being rapid response units.</description>
