This backlash took the form of making "Santorum" a new word in sexual slang, for something er... <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santorum_(sexual_slang)" rel="nofollow">fairly unhygenic and not terrible "safe for work"</a>. But he deserved it, if only for his <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rick_Santorum" rel="nofollow">action man hair</a>.
